II. Scientific research breakthrough: global raw material screening and formula refinement
In response to Xiyue's demand for unique efficacy, Fuda integrated more than 10 top Chinese life science experts and British and American laboratory resources to select raw materials from seven major planting bases around the world (such as Shandong Ganoderma lucidum, Yunnan coffee, etc.). The team used 50 invention patents (including sodium hyaluronate, Ecdoin and other ingredients), passed 5 major safety verifications such as zebrafish testing and cell experiments, and went through hundreds of adjustments to overcome the problem of formula accuracy.
Ⅲ.Production implementation: high-standard system ensures product safety
Fuda uses a 100,000-level GMP clean workshop, relying on more than 30 fully automatic production lines to achieve a stable production capacity of 420,000 masks and 100,000 lotions per day. Strictly implement the EU ISO 22716 certification standard, use VISIA facial analyzer and other equipment for finished product testing, and control the defective product scrap rate within 0.03%, ensuring that the product is 100% up to standard.

Establish a "1-hour response-48-hour solution" mechanism, and launch a "new product replacement + compensation plan" for quality issues. Collect customer feedback through a 30-day regular return visit system, and flexibly adjust inventory strategies in combination with Fuda's 500,000-level storage capacity to help Xiyue cope with market fluctuations. This service system has enabled customer repurchase rates to exceed 85% for three consecutive years.
V. Future Outlook: Deep Integration and Innovation of Industry, University and Research
The two parties plan to jointly build a joint laboratory, focusing on anti-aging, whitening and other tracks, and transform Fuda's 46 utility model patents (such as Ganoderma lucidum spores, Bosin, etc.) into market competitiveness. Through the industry-university-research network of Peking University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc., create a full-link innovation model of "raw materials-formula-testing" to lead the upgrading of industry standards.
In this cooperation, Fuda empowered the brand upgrade of Xiyue with its scientific research strength. The annual sales of the freeze-dried series and original liquid single product series jointly developed by the two parties exceeded 230 million yuan, which confirmed the commercial value of collaborative innovation between technology-based manufacturing companies and emerging brands.
